Bengaluru, October 2024 – Quest Foundation recently conducted the Legacy of Licht: Shamail Al-Rasul Mastery Program, a comprehensive 12-day course aimed at exploring the noble traits and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The course was led by esteemed scholar Ustad Jafar Ahamed Nurani, who guided participants through an in-depth study of the Shamail – the physical and moral characteristics of the Prophet.

The program attracted attendees eager to deepen their understanding of the Prophet’s exemplary character and behavior. Over the course of 12 days, Ustad Jafar shared valuable insights into the life and virtues of the Prophet, emphasizing how his teachings remain relevant in contemporary life.

Guntakal & Gadag, August 2024 – National Sports Day was celebrated with great zeal by students and staff at Taheria Integrated Studies and Tiraz Institute of Integrated Science, under the energetic slogan “Play, Compete, Celebrate.” The events, held at Circle Turf in Guntakal and K H Patel Stadium in Gadag, featured a variety of sports and games, fostering a spirit of teamwork and healthy competition.

The celebrations followed the much-anticipated T³ Tiraz Triumph Track (Tiraz Sports Day) held on August 27, 2024. The competition at Tiraz saw two fiercely competitive teams, the Tiraz Elites and Tiraz Titans, battle for supremacy. After a thrilling series of events, the Tiraz Elites emerged victorious, claiming the title of overall champions.

Both campuses held a mix of traditional and modern sporting activities. At Tiraz, group competitions like Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Cricket, Tug of War, and Relay Races tested the participants’ teamwork and physical prowess. Meanwhile, at Taheria, students enjoyed contests like Tug of War, Cricket, Lemon Spoon Races, and Wicket Throwing, contributing to the lively, festive atmosphere.

Individual competitions were a key highlight at Tiraz, where students took part in intense events such as the 100-meter and 200-meter races, Push-ups, High Jump, Race Walking, Shot Put, and the high-speed 60-meter race. These events gave students the chance to test their individual limits and skills, cheered on by supportive peers and staff.

At Taheria, the event was led by Anantapur Zone Head Rashid Al Qadiri and Principal Irfan Qadiri, who, along with the institution’s dedicated staff, motivated students to perform their best in every event.
